To Win, Or To Not Win
The Yankees are only two games (depending on how the dead Sox's do tonight maybe one) back from winning the devision. Red Sox nation, how bad would it be to lose after thinking that you'd finally got that old division title wrapped up?

that would be really bad...
Now it's one game!
I swear, if we lose the division, I will KIDNAP BILL GATES and take ALL OF HIS MONEY, kick Epstein's butt outta the GM chair, and buy every player worth buying in MLB.
Ahem! Two games if you please. I think the Red Sox will pull through. The Yankees pitching is rather tired out. Andy Pettite couldn't even take out the Blue Jays. Pathetic! Our no-hitting rookie will be the world series MVP!!!! Woohoo!!!
See ya,
Ryan : )
I think it's going to be close until the last game - I'm not sure whether its would be a good thing for the Yanks to win the division actually...
All that matters now is who's going to be playing the Angels...
!!"Our no-hitting rookie will be the world series MVP"
Give me a break, he only has two wins.
I don't want the Yankees to win the division. The yanks play the Indians better than the angles.Besides the Yankees won the division last year and had home field advantage and it didn't help!
A YANKEES FAN
Well now that the Yanks are three games back it looks unlikly that they are going to win:( Oh well. At least we're going to be in the playoffs!
There's no assurance that the Yanks are in the playoffs yet. Detroit is still in the running... Barely.
Not anymore... we're in!
THHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEE YANKEES WINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!

It's all over now. Sox win for the first time in a billion years. Oh well.
Nobody said our no-hitting rookioe would be the World Series MVP. We said he'd be a vital help down the stretch, which you Yankee fans can't argue, no matter how ignorant you want to be. And he's not going to pitch anyway, so Gagne will have to step up... which he is VERY capable of doing, btw.
Everyone knowns Gagne can step up - the question really is whether he'll ever step down on the mound again.
